JV Surveying specialise in providing Level 2 Home Buyer Reports and level 3 Building Surveys, Condition Reports and New Build Snagging Reports. We also offer drone surveys for high level areas such as roofs or chimney stacks. With over 14 years experience in the property industry and being a member of the RICS, you can feel comfortable your property will be inspected thoroughly.
We use industry standard RICS templates for the reports that are simple and easy to understand, flagging potential issues to be dealt with urgently or in the upcoming few years.
All areas of Kent and East Sussex are covered and fees start from £300.
Prompt Supply of Reports
Whilst many larger firms suffer with backlogs of reports and can leave clients waiting for weeks to receive their report, we are generally able to supply the completed report within 3-4 working days after the inspection. You can also contact us should you require a quicker turnaround.

About Justin Vasey
With over 14 years experience in the property industry, I have worked through the College of Estate Management to obtain the Diploma in Surveying Practice after which I was able to take a pathway leading through to obtaining the Associate membership of the RICS which is a globally recognised professional body.
Membership of the RICS is essential to be able to supply the RICS Home Surveys so you can be confident your future investment will be inspected thoroughly.
