With drones now available for surveying firms, they are invaluable tools for close up inspections of property roofs, chimney stacks, gutters and other areas. They can be used to access these high-to-reach areas without the need of expensive scaffolding or cherry pickers. Equipped with high resolution cameras, drones can capture detailed images of the condition of the roof and chimney stacks.
The drone survey can be included with a Home Buyer Report as an add-on, or a separate drone survey can be carried out with prices starting from £150.
